A devastating storm with blowing winds of more than 70 mph struck in the middle of the annual Corvette Show at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Pennsylvania this past weekend (Aug 24-25) leaving five people injured with no fatalities reported. However, the storm did take its toll on several Corvettes which were damaged by falling trees and tent poles. We discovered this video along with numerous photos on the website “cajundude”. Many thanks to Jason Theriot of “cajundude” for allowing us to post both video and images. -Pics after the jump

Vid of the Day: How to wreck a $500.000+ Maybach 62

It’s been a while since we posted a “Vid of the Day” so I decided to do a little searching today which led me to this “priceless” vid involving Mr. Gigi Becali, big-shot owner of the Romanian Soccer club, Steaua Bucharest and his 500.000+ USD Maybach 62. After an accident, the door on the driver’s side seemed to be stuck so Mr Becalli decided to grab a couple of… crowbars and "delicately" play “Bob the Builder” with his half a million USD limo! Luckily for us -I don’t know how, but, TV cameras where on his yard catching every hilarious minute of it!

VID of the Day: Oops, 14 year old crashed his dad's brand new Shelby GT500

The second best thing to buying a new car is bringing it home, but I'm sure Dad regretted this act after his 14 year old son accidentally crashed it into the garage. Dad didn't even get a chance to peel the purchase sticker price off the window when his kid turned his brand new, 500Hp Mustang from cool to tool in 2 seconds flat... LOL! Via: Jalopnik

Crouching Dog - Hidden Dame: Dog crashes car during a driving lesson course in China…

Although this story could have come from a hypothetical parody version of Ang Lee's acclaimed Crouching Tiger - Hidden Dragon movie, it is in fact, totally true.

A Chinese woman surnamed Li from Hohhot, a city located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, was involved in a very strange accident. According to Associated Press, Li decided to give "old Spocky" a few driving lessons as he seemed very fond of crouching on the steering wheel and he often stared at her when she was driving

So Li took "old Spocky" in her arms and gave him the steering wheel while she took control of the brake and the accelerator pedal. Unfortunately for Li, she didn't manage to go far before "old Spock" decided to perform a crash test on an oncoming car. Luckily, no one got hurt -with exception maybe of "old Spocks" self esteem...

Video of a BMW 3-Series Drifting that Goes Terribly Wrong

This video just goes to show you that in the end, we are only human. A drift show with a BMW E30 3-Series spinning around like crazy “rolls” smoothly till the driver decides to open his door and “show off” a bit. Then he gets distracted -only for a fraction of a second, but that is enough to make everything go wrong.
