Transformers Movie Toy Pictures

Oh boy, I can just see this happening: I’m going up to the cashier with like 20 Autobot and Decepticon figures and my girlfriend behind me nagging about that it’s time to grow up and stop spending money on die-cast models, K&N filters and toys.

Ok, I kind of got carried away so let get back to our subject. Posted on TWF2005, they give us an exclusive first look on how the 2007 Autobot & Decepticon toys will look like. Not bad at all. I’m guessing a lot of you out there in your late 20’s - early 30’s like me will be among the first to get their hands on these babies. Pics Via: TWF2005

New Transformers Movie Trailer

Finally, after a series of leaked pictures & scripts, “scoop” videos and a really lousy teaser trailer here’s the official Transformer Movie Trailer. Being a fan and everything of Autobots & Decepticons, I’m one of those guys who’ll run up to buy tickets in advance when the movie hits the big screen on the 4th of July. Although we can’t say much for now, the two minute long video is actually quite promising. Plus it offers us a glimpse (among others) of Optimus Prime and his Chevrolet Camaro Concept based pal, Bumblebee.

Transformers Update: Holly Autobots, Jazz with Pontiac Solstice uniform revealed!

As reported a few days ago from Carscoop, Autobot character Jazz in the upcoming Transformer Movie will not be based on the classic Martini Porsche 935 Turbo that most of us knew in the 80's, but instead it will wear a Pontiac Solstice "costume". And what better proof of that is a picture from the actual movie set ?

Thanks to Latinoreview which released a series of pictures during a filming in Los Angeles, we get a first look of Jazz in his Solstice uniform -check out that Fast & The Furious rear spoiler, and not only as the set reveals more pictures of Bumblebee (Chevrolet Camaro), Ratchet (rescue vehicle) and Ironhide (Black GMC 4X4 truck). Transformers Rumors: Jazz to "transform" from a Porsche to a Pontiac Solstice ?

The boyz over at TFW2005 have obtained information that Autobot character, Jazz, will wear a Pontiac Solstice uniform in the upcoming Transformer film. Additionally, the report say's that his snazzy outfit will include the following:

• Grey Body
• Visor over eyes
• Claw like fingers
• Design is similar to Optimus Prime and Bumblebee in that it has exposed gears, similar feet
• Pontiac Solstice
• Front end of the car becomes his chest

I don't know if TWF2005's information is true -although they seem like a reliable source up till now, but to be honest, I'd prefer to see the original Jazz as I remembered him when I was a kid, a Martini Porsche 935 turbo racing car. via: twf2005

Transformers Movie: New Behind the Scenes Footage & Pictures

"Transformer" info just keeps coming on and on. On Friday, screenplay writers Alex Kurtzman and Robert Orci answered fan questions as well as revealing secrets behind the making of the upcoming movie which will hit the big screens worldwide on July 4th 2007 - take a look at the 35 minute video by clicking here : movies.yahoo.com/shop?d... (courtesy of Yahoo). Among others, the dynamic duo announced the characters of the movie which will include:

Autobots: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz, Ratchet & Ironhide

Decepticons: Megatron, Starscream, Brawl, Bonecrusher, Skorpinok, Frenzy, Blackout & Barricade

More interesting though is a video released by Accesshollywood which not only takes us behind the camera previewing an impressive scene with Sam Witwicky almost being crushed on a BMW 7 Series hood but it also reveals Bumblebee -who by the way, will not be a VW Beetle but a Chevrolet Camaro.

Apart from that, I found a video or to be more accurate, a slide show of images on "youtube" which allegedly came from a shoot out in Los Angeles showing us Optimus Prime, an unknown robot leg and a Hummer based Ambulance vehicle -possibly Ratchet.

Transformers Movie Exposed

Nearly a year before the “Transformers” movie comes alive on the Big Screen, and the “Deceptecons” seem to have leaked quite a lot of information on the net. First there where some pictures of the allegedly “Bumblebee” car which in the movie will be a rebuilt 2008 Chevrolet Camaro (based on the 2006 concept) in the place of the yellow VW Beetle. The Camaro will actually be built on a…2006 Ford Mustang underbody by Saleen (see pictures). Saleen is also in charge of building a custom Ford Mustang police car for the movie (also see pictures).

The film which is due for release on July 4th, 2007 (07-04-07) was first announced last year and it’s a collaboration between Paramount, DreamWorks, and Hasbro. As you can see bellow, I’ve gathered some movie footage & alleged demos I found on the net. Not sure which of them are actually the real thing, but nevertheless, their quite amusing. Enjoy!
